BORBET ranks first in the ‘Top Recruiting Ranking 2026’
For many job seekers, the way the application process works is a key factor. How quickly do you receive feedback? What are the interviews like? And do you feel taken seriously when interacting with the company?
The 2026 Top Recruiting Ranking by kununu and the SZ Institute assessed precisely this aspect of the application process. The ranking is based exclusively on reviews from applicants on kununu who share their experiences during the application process.
We are delighted that BORBET GmbH, based in the Hochsauerlandkreis district, has taken first place in this ranking with a score of 4.94 out of 5 points. In their reviews, applicants particularly highlight quick responses, transparent processes and interviews conducted on an equal footing.
Prompt feedback and open discussions
The fact that applicants perceive these aspects in this way is also linked to the way we have developed our recruitment processes over the past few years.
